Since the team here at Viewpath is entirely remote, and scattered across four time zones, we thought we would share their interesting article. They cover some excellent points, such as remote teams are more productive because they simply spend less time chatting, socializing and discussing trivial matters; and to focus on mid- or long-term goals, rather than trying to manage day-to-day goals.
